It very much looks like a road sign. A leopard wont jump on top or in front of a driving car. A deer might still fall on it, and cause an accident, especially if unprepared.

the falling deer actually would be a bigger threat than the leopards. if there's enough of a deer carcass to worry about it falling on your head, the leopard's going to generally perfer eating that to fighting a human and bother killing it. predators are generally pretty lazy, if there's an available and palatable food immediately available, it's unlikely they'll bother hunting anything else.
